THE CUTE AND COSY CHALET GALENA, A WONDERFUL FREESTANDING FAMILY CHALET WITH CHARACTERFUL FEATURES, IS SITUATED IN THE HEIGHTS OF VERBIER WITH JAW-DROPPING MOUNTAIN VIEWS.
This beautiful chalet sleeps 5 and nicely mixes a rustic vibe and friendly environment with modern inside finishes, and provides everything a family may need for a Verbier ski vacation. Guests may be taken up the mountain to hit the slopes and quickly explore the remainder of the huge 4 Vallées ski region in only a 3-minute drive from the Savolyeres ski lift station. The village centre of Verbier is a 6-minute drive down the hill, and there are strong links with a regularly serviced bus stop at the end of the road.
When you enter the chalet through the garden gate, you are met with the entry hall and a boot room with plenty of space for your outerwear. The open-plan study room and living space are up a modest flight of steps, where comfy sofas urge you to soak in the magnificent views. In addition, there is a flat-screen TV and Sonos throughout the area.
French doors open onto a little balcony with two seats and views of the snowcapped mountains that are truly magnificent. You are entirely unnoticed here, and the surroundings are tranquil and quiet. Following the steps down to the main garden, you will discover a semi-covered patio with a four-person outdoor table, a barbecue, two sun loungers, and a little grassy area where children may enjoy playing in the snow.
A modest flight of steps separates the living room from the open plan kitchen and dining space, and a unique wood-burning fireplace with glass on both sides allows it to be enjoyed in both parts of the chalet. A circular dining table seats up to five people, and a glass door leads directly out to the terrace. The wide and modern kitchen surrounds the table, with sleek cabinets and high-quality fixtures giving the ideal environment and all the required tools for cooking family dinners throughout your stay. The pantry and laundry room are hidden behind a sliding door.
The master bedroom is located on the top level of this lovely chalet and is reached through a flight of floating steps from the sitting area. You may wake up above the clouds every morning with wall-to-wall wardrobes, a comfortable double bed, and french doors that flood the area with light and provide the same fantastic views. There is also a tiny private terrace and a large en-suite bathroom with a separate bath and shower, toilet and his and her sinks. The single bedroom, located across a tiny landing on the same floor, has a modest closet area and a single bed. If necessary, we may also supply a cot.
The last bedroom is on the ground level and features a neutral colour palette highlighted by pop art, extensive wardrobe space, and a double bed. On this floor, there is also a shower room with a toilet.
A separate indoor parking garage with one dedicated parking place for guests is available.
Chalet Galena is available to rent on seasonal rental basis through the winter season. Price on request.
