Chalet Northrock is a remarkable addition to our seasonal collection. The chalet sleeps 10 guests in five well-appointed bedrooms. This magnificent stand-alone chalet is ideal for a season spent exploring Verbier. The nearest piste and the town centre are both less than a 10-minute walk away. The property's location provides both breathtaking views of the Alpine environment and close access to Verbier's vibrant centre. All levels of this four-floors building are accessible through the central staircase or elevator.
The main entry to the chalet leads to the first level, where the living and dining room, kitchen, and TV snug are all located. This is an eye-catching room with a double-height open ceiling and double-height sliding windows that lead to the beautiful balcony. The views of Verbier and the Petit Combin are breathtaking from here and the living room. The living room is centred on the enormous stone open fireplace, which is flanked by a magnificent sofa and armchairs, making it the ideal site for sipping a drink in front of a raging fire. The elegant TV snug is next to the living room, where you may watch a late-night movie after supper. Around the dining table, ten guests may easily enjoy magnificent feasts.
A magnificent mood is created by ambient lighting throughout the living and dining areas. The glass sliding pocket door may be used to seal off the big, well-equipped kitchen.
The luxurious master bedroom suite is located on the chalet's top floor. This bedroom is a veritable sanctuary of leisure and tranquillity, lavishly adorned with lush textiles and boasting high-vaulted ceilings, a huge en-suite bathroom with separate steam shower, and a private balcony.
Take the stairs to the second floor, where there are four uniquely furnished bedrooms. Three twin/double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms and access to the terrace are available. The final twin/double bedroom has its own bathroom with shower. With sensitive lighting and sleek modern furnishings, each bedroom provides a serene and quiet ambiance.
Moving down to the lower ground level, you'll discover the trendy ski and boot room, which has a boot warmer and lots of storage for your winter gear. On this floor, there is a second access to the chalet via the garage, which has space for three automobiles. Finally, there is a Guest WC on this floor.
You must have a Swiss resident permit to rent the chalet on a seasonal or annual rentals basis.
