Chalet Ranch, located in the secluded lower section of Verbier's village, is a newly built, independent refuge that combines modern elegance with peaceful isolation. This spacious chalet can sleep up to eight guests in four nicely decorated en-suite bedrooms, each with south-facing terraces and stunning mountain views. Chalet Ranch, located minutes from Verbier's main lift station and town core, provides the ideal balance of convenience and quiet.
The first floor is the heart of the chalet, with an open-plan kitchen, living, and dining room that provides a bright and inviting atmosphere. The sleek white kitchen, complete with LED-lit cabinets, overlooks the social space, making it perfect for substantial breakfasts or nighttime parties around the round dining table that seats eight. The hanging cocoon fireplace creates a pleasant atmosphere, and the huge, velvety sofas are ideal for relaxing after a day on the slopes. Step out onto the spacious wrap-around balcony, which features sophisticated outdoor seats and a BBQ for alfresco dining. An outdoor hot tub at the far end provides a nice place to unwind.
This floor also has a lovely double bedroom with terrace access and a private shower room with double sinks, as well as a dedicated office space with an adjoining en-suite bathroom and a guest toilet.
The top level is totally dedicated to the master bedroom, which provides a private sanctuary with a beautiful en-suite bathroom with a separate shower, a private terrace, and a TV, guaranteeing maximum comfort and breathtaking views.
On the ground level, there are two further double bedrooms, each with an en-suite shower room and television. There is an additional bedroom on this floor, however it is a staff room and is only available upon request and for staff use. This level also has a leisure space with sauna, hammam, and a movie room. Additionally, the smart mirror TV in the wellness area allows you to stream live exercises or yoga courses, which will improve your health regimen.
A laundry room and a guest WC enhance the convenience. The garage has one indoor parking spot and two extra outside covered parking spaces.
