Fayard Penthouse

Located on the side of the Le Rouge piste, Fayard Penthouse has one of the best positions for keen skiers looking for easy access to the slopes. The Le Rouge teleski takes you to the main resort, although the busy hub of Verbier is just a few minutes away. As a top floor apartment, Le Fayard offers stunning views across the valley and can accommodate up to six guests in three en-suite bedrooms.

A flight of stairs leads to an inviting entrance area, furnished with an aviator-style armchair. There is a large storage area with heated boot heaters and plenty of space for jackets and ski equipment. The entrance leads into a lovely living area with bookshelves and large windows that fill the room with natural light. Here you can lounge on the sofas in front of the fireplace and the TV before going out onto the balcony to enjoy the fresh mountain air and the view of the valley. The living area opens into an elegant dining room with a stone fireplace and a table with eight chairs. Overlooking the dining room, there is a new kitchen with a breakfast bar and all the appliances required to produce tasty meals.

Le Fayard Penthouse has three lovely en-suite bedrooms. The master bedroom has spectacular views over the ski run of Le Rouge and has a beautiful en-suite bathroom with a wooden barrel bathtub and a dual hammam shower. Opposite the bedroom is a generously-sized dressing space and a large study with a desk, a printer and a chair can also be reached from the master bedroom.

There are two more bedrooms-a twin / double bedroom on the entry-level with en-suite shower space and built-in wardrobes, and a second twin / double bedroom on the top floor with en-suite shower room. There is also a large TV room under the awnings on this level.

Fayard Penthouse is to be rented on a self-catered basis or on annual and seasonal rentals.
