As you approach the property, you are met with a big hall with high ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace, and welcoming seating, making it a great location to relax after dinner.
This space opens onto the old Austrian Stube, which goes back to the 18th century and has an eating area that can easily seat six people. The home is designed around this welcome room, highlighting traditional workmanship and rich textiles throughout. After a day on the slopes, relax by the classic tiled fire or settle into a warm armchair with a good book. The well-equipped kitchen, which extends onto the patio, has everything you'll need to prepare delicious meals.
This level is completed with a guest WC and a designated TV room with beautiful green velvet seats, ideal for hosting intimate movie evenings.
The sleeping level is located on the first floor, accessible by the curving wooden staircase. There are three bedrooms here. The master bedroom has an open vibe with a walk-in wardrobe, while the second bedroom also has a walk-in closet. These rooms share a large bathroom, which has a sauna and a walk-in shower. The final bedroom includes a separate shower area. Please be aware that some of the bathroom photographs will be modified throughout the summer of 2024.
Each bedroom has its own balcony for increased privacy, and all bedrooms can be converted into double rooms for visitors' convenience.
The cosy spot overlooking the hall is ideal for playing cards or your favourite board game while admiring the views of the snow-covered mountains.
