    Alex Penthouse

    Occupying the top two floors of Chalet Shalimar, Apartment Alex Penthouse is a splendid duplex apartment opposite the Matterhorn Express gondola. The centre of Zermatt is a scenic 15-minute walk away or a 5-minute taxi ride for fast and convenient entry. It is easy to ski to and from the property in decent snow conditions. This one-of-a-kind 480 m2 chalet incorporates two separate apartments with internal doors to host 12 guests in six en-suite bedrooms. Each apartment may be leased individually or merged with Elena, a four-bedroom apartment on the ground floor, to accommodate large groups. The elevator takes you to the main living and eating areas on the second level. Light and spacious, the living room is furnished with comfortable sofas and armchairs set around large stone fireplaces. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the dining room can host 10–20 guests. For fun, go to one of the two TV rooms in the flat, filled with Apple TV and convenient seating. Floor-to - ceiling French windows lead into decorated south-facing balconies with breathtaking views of the Matterhorn. After a day of skiing, there's nothing better than going to the spa to unwind. On the lower floor of Chalet Shalimar is a spa area, shared with Elena, with a fantastic indoor pool, a sauna, a hammam and a massage bed. Apartment Alex has six spacious twin / double bedrooms, all with private balconies and en-suite bathrooms with bathtubs and power showers. The two master bedrooms give an amazing view of the Matterhorn in all its glorious glory.
