    Chalech S

    Chalech S is one of Lech's most luxurious new developments. The elegant and chic Chalech S is situated just a short distance from the Schlosskopf piste and the centre of Lech. This apartment sleeps 12 out of six bedrooms, making it the perfect property for families or a gathering of friends. Everything about been considered, from the surrounding lighting to the elegant fabrics. Every room is enhanced with its own decoration, mixing conventional materials with modern style. The chalet has a lift and stairs connecting all the floors. On the ground floor, you will find a peaceful spa with a sauna, hammam and relaxation area. The spa is the ideal spot to rest after a day on the slopes. On this floor, you will also find two en-suite bedrooms. Taking the stairs up to the first floor, you will discover the double master bedroom. This spacious, amazing suite has a walk-in closet, a seating area with a velvet couch, a desk area and access to a balcony. The has an en-suite bathroom, with a freestanding bath and a separate shower. Likewise, on this floor, you find a further twin/double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a comfortable bunkroom, for two people, with en-suite shower room. The highest floor of the chalet is dedicated to the open living area with the dining room and the kitchen. The fireplace invites you into the room, making a warm and loose atmosphere. The double-height ceilings and windows make a very large open area. You are quickly attracted to the huge glass sliding entryways that lead out to the balcony where you can admire the view of the snowy mountains. This living area is decorated and furnished with accents of navy blue. The dining table can seat up to 12 people and is ideal for exquisite suppers with your loved ones. The open equipped kitchen overlooks the stylish living room. There is also a cosy TV room, that can be closed off from the living area, ideal for children while the parents appreciate supper. On the lower ground floor of the chalet, you will discover a ski room with boot warmers and a private laundry room. The apartment has shared access to the luxurious spa area with a swimming pool, tepidarium, and gym. It is to be rented on a self-catered basis with daily cleaning and Concierge service.
