Chalet Bear is a fantastic private luxury chalet in the elite summer resort of Klosters, Switzerland. It is located on a tiny hill with excellent views and is only a 5-minute walk from the ski lifts and village hub. One of the remaining wood chalets in Klosters, with a chocolate box atmosphere.
The chalet has four storeys and can accommodate up to eight people in four bedrooms, each with its own luxurious bathroom. All of the rooms have been wonderfully and lovingly designed to create a magnificent ambiance that is entirely consistent with the warm nature of this remarkable Alpine house.
A big kitchen and dining area can easily accommodate 16 people in front of a wide open fireplace. There is also a guest bedroom, a laundry room and a basement bedroom with a private bathroom.
The first floor includes the entry hall and patio. There is a double-height living area with a fireplace and an attached pantry/bar. Next door is a TV/study area with a computer and internet access. The plasma television has Sky channels. The chalet has a music system throughout the home.
The second level features two double bedrooms, both of which are ensuite. Both rooms include beds that may be divided into singles. The top-floor suite has a bedroom with a king-size bed, a fireplace and a bathroom with a shower, bath and separate toilet.
Chalet Bear's sauna will meet all of your post-ski relaxation needs. Relax in the sauna to prepare for a week of intense skiing sessions on the slopes.
The chalet has its own garage and parking places both outside the home and at the base of the driveway. The property is well equipped, with bed linen, towels, and tableware.
Chalet Bear is one of Klosters' most unique residences, having been lovingly refurbished and fitted by its owner in recent years. It is immaculate and will appeal to people seeking a comfortable, high-quality, and delicately constructed private family home.
