Located in a peaceful area of Courchevel 1650, Chalet Libellule is only a minute's walk from the climber that takes you to the village and 350 meters from the Ariondaz ski lift, the ski school and the snow front. The chalet is spread over four floors, connected by stairs and an elevator up to the third floor. Breath with a view of the surrounding mountains and snow-filled valleys, differentiate Chalet Libellule from other chalets in the exclusive resort of Courchevel Moriond. A special aspect of the chalet is the wide south-west facing terrace where you can lounge in the sun and admire the spectacular view of the valley. A new sauna is another unique feature. The 467m2 cottage sleeps 10 people in five lovely bedrooms. Simple materials of stone and wood, complemented by exquisite soft-tone textiles, create a calm alpine environment. A contemporary fireplace is a focal point of a refined open-plan living room with a comfortable reading corner, a dining room with a long table and a signature chandelier, and a kitchen with a breakfast bar. Double height floor-to-ceiling bay windows make the Chalet Libellule special in Courchevel, and wherever you want to sit, you'll have a stunning view. In the TV corner, linked to the living room, children and teens will enjoy their holidays to the max. The gallery is home to a library with a range of board games. Due to its sleek nature on different floors, the wide south-west facing terrace helps you to admire the view while having fun. There is a relaxation area on the ground floor where you can relax in the modern sauna. On the lower floor, there is a garage, a laundry room and a ski room to dry your boots and store all your ski sports equipment. The master bedroom of Chalet Libellule is on the first floor. The double bed, located in the centre of the room, has a beautiful view of the mountains, while the en-suite bathroom has large mirrors, plenty of storage space, a shower and a private bathroom with a view. On the first floor, you'll find four more spacious en-suite suites, with solid antique wooden beams in the vaulted ceilings. Every bedroom has a large walk-in closet, en-suite designer bathroom and access to the terrace or balcony.
