The 140 sqm Panicha Penthouse is a duplex residence, designed by the legendary architect Ushi Tamborriello and strategically situated next to both the ski piste and the Zermatt Matterhorn Express station. Top 2 floors with elevator access and an internal staircase of a modern building.
It is rare in Zermatt to ski-in / ski-out! The lower gateway is 100 m from the bottoms of the Furi-Zermatt skiing pistes, and it is easy to ski back to the apartment and continue the day on a 300 m flat ski slope, to the connection to the lift station. Panicha Penthouse provides an attractive configuration with two entrances. At the highest street-side entry, the ski lift is just 300 m away and the ski gear can be transported on the Matterhorn train, and the nearest bus stop is 50 m away.
There is also a spacious kitchen on the ground level-a dining space with a glass fireplace and a flat-screen TV, wooden beamed deck-top ceilings, and a wide terrace with a beautiful view of the Matterhorn, facing West.
