Set over two floors, Skyfall Penthouse, is a true ski-in property, in reality, the unusual nature of the building ensures that it is practically set on the mountainside, meaning that returning skiers simply walk within the hill. Alternatively, the penthouse is reached by a lift from the ground floor, which takes you directly to the apartment and to the same point as if you were skiing to the property.
The entrance area takes you to the ski and boot space where century-old re-made wood panelling and beautiful art and furniture make a statement.
There's a guest bathroom here, too. Beyond the boot room, there is a single staff bedroom and en-suite shower room. A small passageway leads into the dining room or into the kitchen to the right of the entry.
The well-equipped kitchen is vibrant and tastefully furnished, with dark marble countertops and attractive modern artwork adorning a shelf. It leads into the dining area and it is possible for these two rooms to be separated by a glass-panelled sliding door, increasing the privacy of the visitors. The dining table has ten seats around a beautiful, solid wood table.
Join the living room from one of the two doors leading out of the dining room. This absolutely gorgeous space invites visitors in with its wide-open fireplace and provides ample seating in a wide L-shaped sofa or one of two elegant armchairs. Daylight pours into this space from several windows, providing stunning views of the mountains. The private cinema with widescreen and Apple technologies finishes the lower floor.
There is a staircase at the entrance to the sleeping quarters upstairs, as well as the Hamman and the sauna. The four-bedroom penthouse is thoughtfully positioned at each corner of this floor, each providing a view that ensures that no visitor is disadvantaged. The first bedroom is a charming double bedroom with en-suite shower space, perfect for girls. Next is a beautiful master bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom and a shower room with a roll-top bath and rain shower and double vanity. The third bedroom has a set king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, with Antarctica being the preferred theme for this room. The fourth bedroom is a twin-bedded space with en-suite bathroom and curtains looking out to the ski slope.
Guests at Skyfall Penthouse are given free use of all amenities at the Hospiz Hotel, including a full spa and swimming pool, as well as childcare amenities. This beautiful hotel, less than a five-minute walk away, is also home to five distinct and exclusive restaurants, each with a different theme, offering guests a large range of dining choices over the course of a week's stay, if they choose.
The rates are based on the exclusive use of the chalet, including full gourmet food, curated complimentary cocktails, on-site service for the driver and two days of freeskiing.
