Blending Provencal elegance with modern luxury, Villa Anastasia is a large property for up to 14 visitors, making it a perfect destination for friends and families who want to enjoy their holidays together.

Extensive formal gardens lead to the flagstone courtyard and the main entrance to the house, which has been elegantly restored while maintaining many conventional features.

The living room is cool, peaceful and beautifully furnished with French doors leading out into the Mediterranean gardens. The indoor dining area with seats for 10 people has an old-world feel with fireplace, candlesticks and French doors to the gardens. The newly refurbished gourmet kitchen with marble worktops is conveniently situated next door.

There are seven spacious and tastefully furnished double/twin bedrooms, both of which have private bathrooms. They all have a garden or sea view and most of them have a patio or terrace. The master suite is light and spacious with sea views and a lovely marble bathroom. A day space with a sofa bed is adjacent to one of the bedrooms, making it a perfect family room for those with small children.

What makes Villa Anastasia such a sought-after home, though, is the outdoor living room and surrounding grounds. Landscaped gardens are ideal for walking or relaxing in isolation – and for exploring the swing, the sliding tunnel or the mini rock wall. Only a two-minute walk around the grounds leads down to the sandy beach. Across the lawn is a covered pool area with convenient sun loungers and sun loungers set around a 15 x 6-meter pool. A collection of gym equipment is set up on the poolside for those feeling energetic. There is also a well-maintained grass tennis court in the grounds. The outdoor bar/kitchen and barbecue area complete the outdoor living experience.

The villa has heating and air conditioning throughout and is fitted with satellite TV and WiFi internet access.

Villa Anastasia is entered by automated gates and is fitted with an alarm system and a safe deposit box. There is a parking lot for five two cars on the grounds of the house.
