Villa Jet Set is a neo-Provencal home is nestled in the heart of a 4.000 m2 landscape park, only steps from the Pampelonne beach and a few minutes’ drive from the city of St Tropez. Relaxation in luxury, with a 14.5 m x 4 m mirror pool in a 320 m2 property in an exceptional position. Along the route of l’Epi, old pines give shade. The mansion has its own heliport, allowing for helicopter arrival and departure.

The ultramodern home is surrounded by breathtaking environment, yet the property itself leaves little to be desired. The light-filled, attractive cottage sleeps up to twelve guests in six rooms and six baths. There is a spacious living room with 2 terraces, a fully equipped kitchen, two terrace entrances and a laundry room.

The building’s safe and alarm center, as well as the automated gate with video intercom, ensure maximum security. Three-point locks are also used to secure doors and bay windows.

There is also WiFi throughout the apartment and a high-quality gas MAYER BARBECUE for shared hours on the wide patio. Flat-screen TVs in each room and the living area give a range of entertainment options. In addition, all rooms, including the terrace, have high-end audio equipment with a SONOS audio control system.

The double reversible air conditioning system is entirely air-conditioned and may be regulated independently in each room. The fully equipped kitchen meets the most cutting-edge requirements. GAGGENAU devices are used, and a useful wine chiller is also available. Separate rooms also house a washing machine and a dryer.
