Villa Monica

Villa Monica is a fine example of Corfiot architecture, set in a privileged elevated location just a few steps away from a gorgeous secluded pebble beach with pristine waters. This luxury five-bedroom villa is situated on a large estate with plenty of space for both indoor and outdoor areas. The structure is built as a series of terracotta-roofed blocks arranged in various levels, allowing each room to open to a terrace and enjoy spectacular views of the verdant countryside and the Ionian Sea.

The expansive stone-paved pool terrace, which includes a dining area for up to 20 guests, is great for garden parties. The swimming pool provides stunning views of the surroundings, and several lounging areas have been designed to make the most of the abundant space.

Surprisingly, space also describes the interior. With oak floors and high wooden ceilings, the living room is cheerful and airy. Large windows pierce the walls, providing access to the terrace and allowing sunshine to enter.

The palette is calm, mostly in white and beige tones that are tastefully accented by raw materials and casually arranged objects. The decor combines French country luxury with Mediterranean-chic sophistication. An equally sized, fully equipped kitchen serves the adjacent dining area, which can accommodate up to 12 guests. The five bedrooms each have their own distinct style and color palette, ranging from minimal-chic beige to flowery French country pinks and blues.
