Villa Nemo is a private, large, and quiet property located on a hilltop approximately 450 meters from the sea. The house with a breathtaking view of the open sea and the island of Formentera. The house is in a peaceful neighborhood between Cap Martinet and the hamlet of Jesus. A few minutes’ walk will take you to some of Ibiza‘s top hotspots and hidden beaches. The town of Ibiza is only a 5-minute drive away. The Pacha Destino Resort is about 800 meters away, an upmarket party venue that can be reached on foot.

Villa Can Nemo is also ideal villa rental for clients requiring privacy and security. With its location, the 15000 sqm plot has an almost flat and safe green garden, surrounded by pine trees and a high natural fence.

To make it a safe place by any standard, 15 professional security cameras cover the entire outside area and the gate with its street.

A high-end alarm system has two operating modes: home mode and away mode. If an alarm event occurs, a security service is notified 24 hours a day, seven days a week (5 types).

Villa Can Nemo has six bedrooms, a Bulthaup kitchen, and a big sitting area. All bedrooms have direct access to the patios and are spacious. There are four en-suite bathrooms and one shared bathroom among the bedrooms.

The overall interior living area is approximately 420 square meters, including 50 square meters of covered patios (excl. 500 sqm pool terraces)
