The fourth bedroom is located downstairs next to the tiny exercise suite. The former has a king bed and a private terrace. The latter has a Peloton Bike, which provides a variety of possibilities for working out.
The key living area is the air-conditioned main office. It has a living room with a long sofa and a well-equipped kitchen with a wide island, which also acts as a breakfast bar. The TV, which has a U.S. satellite and an Apple TV, will rotate between the living room and the kitchen. The sound system of Sonos holds the music playing in the main room.
Outside, a huge heated swimming pool begins to soften into the ocean below. The deck stretches the entire length of the villa, with designated dining and relaxation areas.
