It’s a great location for families and beginning skiers, with easy access to the larger ski area and its own chairlift to Méribel Altiport. Most luxury chalets in Meribel Village are within a 5-minute walk of the chairlift due to the village’s tiny size.
The village center has everything you need for a fun ski vacation, including a handful of pubs and restaurants, an outstanding bakery, a grocery, and a ski rental store. The major town is served by a free bus service.
Le Raffort village is a lovely small hamlet located in the middle of the Meribel valley, just outside of Meribel Village. Meribel Le Raffort has magnificent luxury chalets in a traditional design, ideal for a scenic ski break in the 3 Valleys. Despite being connected to the main resort by gondola and free bus service, there are a handful of great eateries here to enjoy.
Méribel Mottaret is a higher-altitude satellite resort. A wonderful option for extremely early or late season vacations. It features a variety of eateries as well as many pubs. It’s quite well-connected to the rest of the ski region, and it’s the quickest way to get to either the Courchevel or Val Thorens valleys.
